I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Reprogramming practitioner, advanced ThetaHealing practitioner, trauma-informed breath work facilitator, and intuitive somatic mind-body coach.

I first discovered my passion for bodywork growing up in Thailand, where massage is an integral part of the culture. I deepened my knowledge and skills by obtaining my Thai Massage Certificate and Thai Aromatherapy Massage Certificate from Wat Po Traditional Thai Massage School in Bangkok, TH in 2007. In September of 2013, I graduated from The National Holistic Institute in San Francisco having completed over 900 hours of anatomical, kinesthetic, and practical massage training, and started my private practice in November 2013.

I renamed my practice Nervana Body & Soul (previously known as Salus Massage & Bodywork), to better represent all the types of healing I offer after my 10-year evolution of my business. I operate my practice in the Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. My mission is not to provide temporary relief, but rather to work with you over a series of sessions to realign your body, mind, and spirit in order to help you feel like the best possible version of yourself, so you can live your best life!  I make a point to give each client a customized session that is tailored to their individual needs by incorporating an array of techniques that include Neuromuscular Reprogramming (NMR), Thai, Deep Tissue, Trigger-Point Therapy (MFT), breath work, guided meditation, ThetaHealing, etc.

I no longer deny the absolute correlation between our energetic state of being and physical ailments. My observations in my work, and my own experiences with Network Chiropractic and SRI led me to approach my bodywork sessions with the understanding that our emotional and mental energy directly affects our posture, our muscle tension patterns, etc. I aim to help my clients release trauma in their bodies not only through massage and reprogramming, but through revitalizing the breath to move energy and emotions through the body, and through ThetaHealing. This leads to a more profound and well-rounded way of healing than if we were to take a more classic approach to massage.
